HR Administrator

Henderson Brown are working in partnership with an exciting Norwich based business who are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team. The role is newly created and will combine both HR, Recruitment and Health & Safety related administration.

The position would be perfect for either a passionate professional who has some experience in the HR sector or an ambitious 'newbie' who is looking to kick start their HR career.

Some responsibilities and duties include:
*Organising and maintaining personnel records
*Managing the onboarding and leaver process
*Updating internal databases and software (E.g., recording holiday, sickness & absence, and leave).
*Assisting with the preparation of HR documentation and new employee inductions.
*Assisting in revising company policies and keeping them updated in line with current HR & Compliance legislation.
*Helping to produce job adverts for a range of different roles and posting them to relevant recruitment websites.
*Carrying out phone screening interviews with potential candidates.
*Arranging interviews with Managers and issuing relevant correspondence.
*Producing reports for management about employee performance issues such as sickness, absence and lateness.
*Undertaking HR checklist for payroll, providing reports and data to Payroll each month
*Roll out of new risk assessments
*Filing and reporting from accident reports
