Challenging Behavior Support Worker

Who will you be supporting?

The service Is a lively residential home for adults with a range of complex needs. All individuals predominantly have varying levels of learning disabilities, autism, and mental health. You can expect to support with a range of daily living tasks which can involve personal care, laundry, meal preparation and medication administration.

We are looking for calm, patient and resilient people who will take the time to get to know the people we support and will be able take a calm and consistent approach towards motivating them to engage in the activities they like and enjoy.

This is a challenging role but very rewarding for the right person.

About you

You will be looking for full-time hours 37.5 per week and happy to work on a rota basis, covering a combination of mornings, evenings, and weekend support.

Although we welcome you if you've been a Care Assistant, Support Worker or equivalent, experience isn’t necessary. Values are much more importance to us, paired with a kind, caring and an enthusiastic approach.
