Early Years Worker

Five Education are delighted to be working with a Nursery and Children's Centre based in North Bristol to recruit an Early Years Worker to start after the Easter Holidays through to the end of the academic year 2023.

£75 to £85 per day
08:30 - 15:30
5 days a week

The purpose of the role is to provide care and support to the young children whilst at Nursery, supporting the children through their development of skills.

You will be responsible for:
Working directly with individuals and small groups to facilitate the holistic development
Meet the needs of all children of various abilities.
Adapt lesson plans and materials to meet the need of the child or small group
Record the development of each child's progress
Occasional supervision of Early Years Support Workers.
Plan, implement and evaluate provision for the holiday play scheme.

You will need:
Level 3 early years qualification.
Knowledge of child protection procedures
Good communication skills
Knowledge and experience of working with children who have Special Education needs
Experience of working in an education setting ideally early years
Two recent child based references and relevant DBS/ Police checks.
Able to work 5 days a week term time only and can commit to the role until the end of the academic year 2023
