£14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Term time: 21 hours 15 mins per week (Monday to Friday)
School holidays: 24 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
A fantastic opportunity to work as a Female Rehabilitation Support Worker with an engaging 5 year-old girl. She is always smiling and needs her Rehabilitation Support Workers to be engaging and interactive with her whilst supporting her in her family home.
Working as a Rehabilitation Support Worker with our Client, you will play a key role in providing support on a 1-to-1 basis in a busy and thriving family home, with the requirement to participate in therapy programmes with the Client.
There will be occasional opportunities to work overtime at weekends and in the evenings.
The Client
She has moderate cerebral palsy, epilepsy, sensory impairments (both hearing and visual) and learning disabilities. She is independently mobile and wears bi lateral hearing aids. She has a buddy dog so candidates must be comfortable with pets.
The role requires the individual to participate in her rehabilitation programme following training from her MDT team, facilitate play and to adhere to the protocols in the support plan.
With an out-going personality, she needs people to be bubbly, proactive and creative with the willingness to join in on all her activities and rehabilitation programmes.
Available Hours
Term time
21 hours 15 mins per week, Monday to Friday: 07:15 – 08:30 and 16:00 – 19:00
Non-Term Time
24 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 15:00
Rates of Pay
Monday – Friday: £14.00 per hour
Saturday & Sunday: £15.00 per hour
