Main Duties
In your new role as a Fabric Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities, with repairs undertaken where necessary to achieve the highest level of service for the client, reporting any defects at the time of the service visit. Build relationships with the client, answering any queries and keeping them informed of site activities and developments. Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on timely manner, ensuing works managed correctly through CAFM system as required, correct keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

Ideally what we are looking for
You'll need experience within a similar position within a maintenance environment. Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces. Good verbal and written communication and ability to use computers.
Included with key attributes we are looking to fulfil the role include:
Ability to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required within the scope of the contract
Basic IT skills
Previous relevant experience with working within the building services sector
Good verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates a pro-active approach
Adaptable to changing requirements.
Physically fit to cope with specific needs of role, eg: lifting, climbing ladders.
Approachable and able to build positive relationships with clients, both internal and external
