Remedial Electrician

Capital Outsourcing Groups client has been a leading provider within Compliance and is one of few UK Companies accredited to UKAS 17020 inspection body standards for fixed wire and portable appliance testing.

We are currently recruiting forElectrical/Remedial Engineers.

This role is a permanent contract.

Fantastic bonusstructures equating to up to OTEof£39,750per year.

General Description of role

As an Electrician, you will be visiting multiple locations on a daily basis, this includes, schools, universities, hospitals, prisons, care homes, banks, retail outlets, leisure centres, domestic properties and pubs to complete electrical installation and remedial works to ensure compliance for our customers.

Working to schedules, you will ensure your work is of a high standard to ensure our customers premises remain compliant, you will be committed to delivering an excellent service to our customers and represent Client Compliance in a professional manner at all times.

Key responsibilities

?To achieve all targets/KPIs set by the business for the services within your skills and capabilities

?To ensure that all technical procedures are fully adhered to, ensuring compliance with current legislation at all times

?To complete and submit all documentation as required by Client Compliance on time

?To carry out work schedules in line with Planner and Service Manager instructions

?To represent the Company in a professional manner in terms of dress, attitude and work practices

?To comply to all company policies and procedures

?To safeguard all equipment issued by our client

?To seek opportunities to introduce the Companys products/services to existing and/or potential customers

?To ensure that contracted hours are completed on site

?To adhere to all Health & Safety at Work Regulations, Risk Assessments, Client Compliance Health & Safety Policies

Minimum Requirements for the role

?Full driving licence held for 12 months (max 6 points) in accordance with the company transport policy

?City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent

?City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 combined or willing to work towards within first 6 months of employment

?Qualified to at least 17th Edition Wiring Regulations however 18th Edition is preferred

?Level 2 & 3 Technical Certificates complete with relevant NVQ Level 3

?Minimum of 2 years post apprenticeship experience

?You must understand H&S in the workplace

?To be able to meet the physical requirements of the role

?Good computer literacy

In return for your commitment and expertise, you will get:

?Base Salary of£30,000 - £32,000per annum

?A company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, PDA and test equipment provided
