Building Services Manager

Our client is a lovely mid-sized FM Service Provider with a portfolio of contracts nationwide. It is looking to hire a Building Services Manager for a healthcare site in Kettering for a 12-month fixed term contract, maternity cover.

As the Building Services Manager, you will head up a hard services contract and oversee a small maintenance team, whilst managing the client relationship, P&L, and ensure all SLA are being met.

The successful Building Services Manager will have an engineering background and can expect to maybe get on the tools 25% of the time. The contract is a PFI model and requires someone with strong attention to detail.
