Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to be the next hire. You will need to have led on projects before and successfully delegated and mentored a team of junior to intermediate engineers in your career to date. You will need to be technically savvy whilst dealing with clients but also whilst helping other engineers to develop solutions to Mechanical Building Services systems whilst keeping a keen eye on sustainability and renewable technology. You will remain hands on with engineering within your role and perform the day to day operations. You will need to have some experience already in the Building Services Design industry to fulfil this position and have had some exposure to HVAC, Piping, Pumps, Plant Rooms etc.

It is not essential but it is preferred that you have registered with CIBSE or another recognised engineering board. Ideally you will be degree qualified, however we are accepting applications from ONC/HNC qualified engineers also. You will need to be familiar with some mechanical design engineer software, which includes but is not limited to: Hevacomp, Cymap, TAS, Autocad and Revit.
