An opportunity has arisen for a Restoration Technician to join the UKs leading restoration companies working on various domestic and commercial properties in the Inverness-Shire area. In this field-based role, the main responsibly of this role will be providing excellent customer service to customers and clients, whilst providing the best solution to all water, fire and accidental damage to properties.
Restoration Technician duties will include:
Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques.
Attending jobs allocated by dispatch and the Area Operations Managers.
Identify and follow through on new business opportunities in the area.
Adhere to company and quality procedures.
Prepare equipment for use and ensure instruments are calibrated.
Ensure company van is equipped, kept clean and serviced.
Liaise with Customers, Loss Adjusters, Builders, Insurance Companies and Policy Holders.
Update live jobs on a weekly basis.
Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs and effective forward bookings.
Organising and supervising Subcontractors.
Continue professional development through the company programme.
Restoration Technician Criteria:
Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
Able to pass a security check (no criminal convictions)
Able to pass a credit check (no bankruptcy or outstanding CCJs)
Be computer literate.
Good education educated to at least GCSE level.
Strong customer service experience Trainees and entry level Technicians are also considered.
