Looking to work in one of the UKs most exciting and well-known Facilities Maintenance companies? We have an amazing opportunity for an Electrical Engineer within Facilities Maintenance. Working across a large healthcare and research centre based in Didcot.

Working along side a Fabric and Mechanical engineering team on site.

As part of the role there is also a call on rota which will be 1 in every 3 weeks. (stand by fee included)

The perfect candidate would be experienced within facilities maintenance and looking for an opportunity to grow and be looking for new opportunities within a great company.

Duties and Responsibilities for an Electrical Engineer

    Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service

    Working with high tech switching systems

    Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines

    Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance

    Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met

    Carry out modifications and installations when required

    Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers

    Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard

    Liaise with client/management

    Qualifications and Experience for an Electrical Engineer:

      Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance

      18th Edition (desirable)

      Previous Building Services experience

      Client-facing & well presented

      5 years experience
