Commercial Gas Engineer

Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a leading Facilities Management client seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to cover reactive and planned maintenance on a number ofCommercial sites across Central London

Candidates must be hold in date Commercial / Domestic certs with demonstrable experience working on commercialsites.

This is a permanent role available for an immediate start.

Hours - Monday - Friday - 40 hours + OT paid at premium rates + 1 in 12 On call

Responsibilities

• PPM maintenance
• Reactive maintenance
• Daily Checks on steam plant
• Work safely and in accordance to Health and Safety procedures
• Perform maintenance tasks and other associated tasks on any part of the site as and when required
• Operate as part of an effective professional maintenance team

Skills & Attributes

• Demonstrable experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer in a Maintenance capacity
• In Date Commercial Gas qualification - COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, TCP1A, CCN
• City and Guilds, BTEC, NVQ equivalent qualifications
• Experience preferably in a similar Facilities Management / Building Services back ground
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Full UK Driving License
