Elevation Recruitment are the retained partners with a leading Technology Organisation in their hunt for an innovative, fast paced Marketing Director for the next stage of their growth journey.

Reporting into the board, you will lead a team of digital and marketing professionals to deliver quality lead generation to the sales teams and brand growth in the sector.

Key parts of the Marketing Director include;

*Deliver a purposeful marketing plan to drive online sales, awareness and strong lead generation through all relevant channels
*Effective management and KPI setting within each marketing channel including Website, PR, Advertising, Social Media, Events, Email Marketing and Customer Comms
*Efficiently manage and grow the marketing department; making it an effective and fun department to work in
*Measure and report performance on all marketing campaigns
*CRM management; utilising Hubspot to maximise opportunities for the business
*Corporate image management, ensuring consistency across a wide range of media and channels

Skills and Experience we require include:

*Experience within a Head of Marketing / Marketing Director role
*Proven ability of creating and delivering measurable marketing strategies and plans
*Experience with paid advertising & marketing funnels
*Previously managed external suppliers and agencies focused on brand awareness and lead generation/acquisition
*Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM system.
*Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
