Our Client

Our client is a successful environmental, online platform specialising in pre-owned designer/ luxury and ex-display kitchens based in the North-West of England. They are a multi-award-winning organisation, working on behalf of residential customers and kitchen showrooms / manufacturers throughout the UK and Europe.

This ethical company, which has enjoyed significant public attention and commercial success since its inception, is now undertaking total business transformation to become a household name. To that extent they now seek an ambitious Marketing Executive to join their team and to help drive the company forward through this next period of growth.

The role

Our ideal candidate will be a commercially minded marketeer, with the ability to apply this commerciality to all content produced, understanding the need in engaging users across various social platforms to drive revenue. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this candidate will be responsible for the business social platforms, scheduling posts and managing PPC spend. You will work closely with the sales team and be aware of upcoming projects and potential content for social media, as well as interviewing previous customers to produce excellent and engaging customer stories.

Responsibilities

Plan, create and manage engaging media content, including video/reels, on the business social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube) ensuring relevant tone of voice and imagery is used for each platform.

Plan and Schedule social posts and shop links using Later software.

Day to day campaign optimisations across Social PPC. Manage Facebook Business Suite within monthly budget, with focus on ROI.

Identify, engage and conduct interviews with previous customers to create optimised customer blogs, including arranging before and after photography.

Liaise with external PR agency on larger customer projects for publication in the interiors press.

Liaise with the sales teams to ensure social platforms are up to date with the latest products.

Weekly meetings with the sales manager to ensure marketing schedule is in line with the sales strategy.

Liaise with new product co-ordinator to ensure socially engaging photography and video for newly listed products.

Supporting Marketing Director and PR Agency with external marketing initiatives such as Exhibitions (Grand Designs/Ideal Home etc)

Candidate Requirements

Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with evidence of writing content for social posts.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Strong understanding of SEO and PPC.

Creative mindset with a proven track record of producing engaging content across various platforms.

Strong commercial acumen.

Confidence in liaising with internal and external customers at all levels.
