Full Time, 6 months temporary contract with potential to become permanent
9am-5pm Monday to Friday
£18,000 - £20,000 per annum dependent on experience

We are looking for a Digital Ad Operations Executive to join our ad-tech team in Leeds. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all digital adserved campaigns across our portfolio of digital publishers.
The role involves, but is not limited to:
Creative testing & trouble-shooting.
Campaign implementation and optimisation.
Financial reconciliation will also lie within your remit.
Working as part of the ad-tech division and alongside the wider digital team; your role will see you liaise with various parties within the digital spectrum; sales managers, operations, digital publishers, digital tech vendors (Criteo), and finance department, whilst maintaining continued collaboration with your colleagues to ensure best practices are observed.
As Digital Ad Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:
Smooth implementation, ad-trafficking and ad-management of digital ad-served campaigns.
Ensuring appropriate tracking is in place for all relevant parties in order to accurately measure and help achieve campaign objectives.
Monitoring campaign delivery and campaign optimisation solutions.
Co-ordinating actualisation of bookings with Sales Managers to ensure billing is accurate.
The ideal Digital Ad Operations Executive will:
Have a minimum of one year’s experience in a digital campaign management role, or a strong degree in a digital marketing-related course.
Be experienced with Excel and working with formulas.
Be familiar with current digital advertising offerings and products.
Have excellent numerical ability and attention to detail
Be genuinely interested in the digital industry, with a solid commitment to a role in ad-tech operations.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
Possess the ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines.
Act on their own initiative and assume ownership of their work.
Be a team player who is dedicated to providing a consistently high level of service to all clients.
Be passionate about maintaining a fully up-to-date knowledge of all ad-operations advancements, current and future trends.
