Head of E-Commerce luxury ladies brand

A well-known women's brand that is known for its Distinctive and statement designs is looking for a Head of Ecommerce. This is an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce professional where you would be working directly with the CEO and Founder and be responsible for managing every aspect of their e-commerce operations.

The role remit includes:

Manage the delivery of the marketing calendar

Oversee on-line merchandising

Product performance and analysis (analytics and trends)

Influence design and own the management of Ecommerce websites

Support digital marketing planning & execution

Drive Customer Experience

Work cross-functionally with both internal divisions and multiple external organisations

Help grow and manage a world-class Ecommerce division

Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunities

Manage a high performing team

Generate and propose new sales and marketing initiatives to increase ecommerce sales and profitability

Manage all aspects of web analytics related to ecommerce and communicate relevant information to team members and executive leadership

Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development and checkout function

The ideal candidate:

  • Experienced in a similar ecommerce environment and ambitious to develop further
  • Understanding of ecommerce fulfilment processes
  • Highly commercial mindset
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
  • Technically proficient

Entrepreneurial and able to deliver results in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment

Excellent communication skills with experience of working cross-functionally

  • SHOPIFY experience required
  • Track record delivering growth online in UK/USA/EU markets
  • Proven leadership of ecommerce projects
  • Commercial acumen and strong knowledge of trading, merchandising and forecasting
  • Outstanding analytical skills with strong experience interpreting test results
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of working cross-functionally
