Customer Services - Good News Communicator
£22,500 to £25,000+ Profit Related Bonus (dependent upon qualifications & experience)
This is an opportunity to join a fast growing, innovative company operating within the Staff Discount & Reward & Recognition sector - communication good news to over 350,000 client employees throughout the UK. Their clients are some of the UK's largest employers operating within both the private and public sectors.
Based in their head office in Shrewsbury you will be working alongside a team of experienced Customer Service Advisers, helping to provide first class support to online chat, phone and email queries. They are a busy department and you will need to work both on your own initiative as well as part of the wider team.
The right candidate will need to be especially confident, bubbly and enthusiastic on the telephone with great all round communication skills. .

Full training will be provided.
Salary: £22,500-£25,000 + Profit Related Bonus (dependent upon qualifications & previous experience), Company Paid Health Insurance; 6% Employers Pension contribution; a Company paid holiday on your birthday; up to 35 holidays per annum; & a raft of other Amazing Benefits (including Staff Discounts at major high street & online retailers & Gym membership).
The Company is currently transitioning its ownership structure to that of a business owned by its employees through an Employee Ownership Trust. This process should be completed by the end of 2022. From there on the business will be run solely for the benefit of employees... not shareholders, with employees benefitting from annual tax-free bonuses and the potential long term proceeds from any future sale of the business.
