Creative Marketing Executive

We are unique as we'rebuilding our own air fibre network and rolling out from town to town across the north of England. Were investing in a class leading, commercially focused marketing team to build the brand, develop and manage products and drive customer acquisition to achieve ambitious market share goals.

The Creative Marketing Executive will be responsible for conceptualising, creating and delivering class leading campaigns across multiple platforms, including outdoor, print and digital. They will be experts in translating briefs into targeted, effective, inspirational creative, and will come with specialisms in copywriting, idea generation and editing. Youll also be the custodian and chief developer of your brands.

The role will report to the Creative Lead and provide support in managing the creative output of campaigns across our brands and will be measured by improvements to marketing effectiveness.

This person is expected to be highly collaborative, tasked with improving the quality of the creative output and to deliver fantastic work themselves, working closely with the in-house studio to help drive up the standards of creative direction and delivery. This person will be able to think strategically as well as be hands on, able to come up with award winning work and execute it.

Key criteria

  • Experience of producing Integrated Campaigns across a variety of media and channels including broadcast, Digital, Press and PR, Print, outdoor, sponsorships/partnerships and events with big ideas at their heart.
  • Expert knowledge using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign), animation and editing software would also be an advantage.
  • Ability to generate and sell original and innovative ideas that can travel across multiple platforms.
  • Strong presentation skills you must be able to pitch ideas in a compelling manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience of briefing and working with motion/print designers, artworkers and overseeing rebrands and print materials
  • Experience in producing content with localised sensibilities, understanding local and regional variations
  • Comfortable working with Key Stakeholders and affiliated partners.
