Digital Designer

We are recruiting for a talented Digital Designer on behalf of our creative and forward-thinking client based in Maidstone.

You will be a strong conceptual designer with a methodical and considered approach to your work. You will need to process a good understanding of production methods for print and online graphics. As an all-rounder you will be great at multitasking, juggling multiple projects and working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Duties:

• Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content
• Filming and editing of promotional videos for use on social media and the company website.
• Research, conceptualize, develop and produce fresh and on-brand design ideas and concepts for web and social media

The successful candidate will have/be:

• A good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
• A basic understanding of back-end/server-side programming languages such as PHP
• A working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to progress in the industry
• Experience with WordPress CMS or any other CMS
• Design digital assets and graphics for website
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A high level of general computer knowledge (technically minded)
