When a £300 million business with a 60+ marketing function comes to you with a Digital Project Manager opportunity, you deliver. Across the UK and Ireland websites, you will coordinate digital projects which contribute to 2/3rds of the revenue generated annually. As the single most important asset of this business, the website is vital to customer journey with 95% of customers interacting at some point in the user journey. You will be tasked with fabricating innovative ideas of how to increase conversion rate. You will never be faulted for trying something new and exciting if this is commercially focused. You will be given the freedom to grow into the role and take ownership of the website’s direction.
You will take dictate the agency relationship in managing the focus to maximise the delivery of digital projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all internal digital marketing functions, such as PPC, SEO, Design, Social and Content, are delivering on time and within budget. You will be responsible for multiple projects across multiple brands. You will need to be fast paced to keep up in this environment as tangible results are what drives this role’s success. You will be able to work closely with key stakeholders to take briefs and deliver on digital projects with progress updates. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of digital projects
