This is not a back-office role. As a lawyer, you will be client-facing and have access to an impressive range of global-based clients operating within the alternative assets sector, including private equity and venture capital managers, global institutional investors, HNWs and start-ups. The firm is one of the largest asset management law firm specialists in Europe, and in addition to advising on the formation of private equity and venture capital fund structures, it has dedicated private equity and venture capital teams which assist clients with deal activity and transactions from seed rounds to exits.
