Clarus Education are working with an Outstanding graded and modern Primary School in the Borough of Newham. The SLT require a passionate and creative KS1 Primary Teacher that is looking to take that next step in their career and take on additional responsibility. This role will involve you working within a KS1 class (Year 2), while also looking to raise attainment and standards throughout Literacy.

The school prides itself on its diversity and inclusivity and has a focus for seeing daily development from both pupils and staff. This is a great KS1 Primary Teacher + TLR role, that will provide you scope for progress throughout the middle management responsibilities.

The PrimarySchool has a variety of TLRs available but have stated that they would like to meet with the Year 2 Class Teacher, before discussing TLRs. This way TLRs and teaching classes can be matched to your own personal strengths.

PERSON:

MUST hold UK QTS

Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum & KS1

KS1 Teaching experience

Good academics throughout: GCSEs, A Levels and Degree

Must have a strong understanding of Literacy curriculum

Previous lesson observations: Good or Outstanding
