Project Manager - Holland - Pharmaceutical

Falcon Green are currently working with one of the largest main contractors in Europe, who are focused on delivering large scale, complex projects in the life sciences industry, to recruit a Project Manager for a project in Holland. The contractoris involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, residential, commercial, and industrial.

You will be working for a cutting edge, forward-thinking contractor that operates a diverse business model. With the order book full for several years, there is excellent scope for a credible Project Manager to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years

Project Manager Requirements:

Liaising with various staff and senior stakeholders such as clients, sub-contractors, Senior Engineer, Foreman and Quantity Surveyor

Manage sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff and personnel on-site

Planning out weekly work programmes as well as producing weekly reports on the progress of the project commercial team

Carry out statutory workplace inspections

Constantly reinforce the health & safety culture, striving for an accident-free site.

Attend and chair weekly management meetings

Report into the Contracts Manager to ensure the site programme meets the budget and commercial objectives

Provide visible leadership and lead by example by managing the site team and supply chain

Develop a specific programme for the project with planned milestones

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • A Trade Background and/or Degree Qualified and 5 - 10 years previous experience in supervising installation crews and sub-contractors.
  • Proven record of supervising and involvement of large installation projects
  • Experienced in design and build
  • Good technical knowledge of both CSA/Building Services
  • Ability to work well within strict deadlines
