Regional Financial Planning Manager

Leading International Retail Bank are seeking a Regional Financial Planning Manager covering their Surrey and Kent regions.

You will be responsible for, and manage a team of investment and protection advisers who, advise, service and build customer relationships by providing solutions through investment and protection propositions and actively collaborating with other areas within the organisation to the benefit of the customer. You will use a variety of skills to lead the Regional Financial Planning team. You will drive the continuous and sustained, risk aware business growth by adding value to the customers.

As a key leader, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the Financial Planning agenda across the Surrey and Kent regions.

  • Driving the consistency of outcomes and qualities across the Regional Financial Planning team, adapting plans and approaches to meet the needs of each adviser and their customers.
  • Contributing to the creation of the area leadership plan, taking shared responsibility of achieving the Financial Planning's business aims.
  • Managing risk within your Financial Planning region, ensuring your Financial Planning Managers recognise how risk features in how we do business, in partnership with the Regional Manager Supervision for Wealth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and inspire a large team and the ability to develop your colleagues and have experience of working in the Wealth Management industry.

It would also be beneficial for you to have a strong commercial edge, with an understanding of Financial Planning goals and agenda along with the ability to pro-actively develop and maintain strong business relationships, internally and externally.
