Reward Analyst

- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join a very highly regarded global law firm and develop their career. This is a newly created role and offers great potential as the organisation goes through an exciting period of change. The role will initially be a UK remit and will evolve into a global role. You will be working closely with and reporting to the Reward Manager.
The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the Reward Manager and business partners
- Support on year end processes, pay review, and bonus calculations
- Salary benchmarking
- Job levelling & grading
- Job evaluations
- Modelling
- Gender pay gap reporting
- Supporting in exciting reward projects
What you must have:
- Experience in a similar reward analyst role
- Experience working through year-end compensation processes
- Confidence to work closely with and advise Business Partners
- Strong excel skills, reporting, working with large data sets
