Reward Analyst

  • Location: Central London
  • Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join a very highly regarded global law firm and develop their career. This is a newly created role and offers great potential as the organisation goes through an exciting period of change. The role will initially be a UK remit and will evolve into a global role. You will be working closely with and reporting to the Reward Manager.

The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the Reward Manager and business partners
  • Support on year end processes, pay review, and bonus calculations
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Job levelling & grading
  • Job evaluations
  • Modelling
  • Gender pay gap reporting
  • Supporting in exciting reward projects

What you must have:

  • Experience in a similar reward analyst role
  • Experience working through year-end compensation processes
  • Confidence to work closely with and advise Business Partners
  • Strong excel skills, reporting, working with large data sets
