Job Location:Blandford, Dorset

Job Type:Permanent

Salary:£24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours:Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week, 8am 4.30pm

A well-established manufacturer is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on permanent basis for their site in Blandford. Within this role you will be responsible for credit control and sales ledger.

Working in a small and friendly team, you will be undertaking a variety of tasks including;

  • Setting up new customer accounts, processing credit applications and credit checks
  • Allocating receipts, updating sales invoices and credit notes
  • Undertaking daily credit control
  • Chasing payments dates, liaising with customers on invoices
  • Customer account and bank reconciliations
  • Liaising closely with the Shipping Administrator to ensure customer orders are verified to be dispatched
