RICS / Chartered Surveyor The role:

The role will initially focus predominantly on the residential market, whilst commercial work streams are developed.

As the successful candidate, you will showcase the organisation as the public face of the brand. Working closely with clients, you will produce thorough and insightful surveys on a range of services to include: defect pathology, analysis and repair specifications, pre-purchase surveys, new build snagging, schedules of condition and party wall advice.

Business Development and networking is actively encouraged with a reward scheme in place.

The Successful Candidate:

It is essential that the successful RICS / Chartered Surveyor has the following:

  • A BSc Hons in Building Surveying or equivalent accredited by RICS
  • Either AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS
  • Extensive technical surveying knowledge and experience
  • Strong understanding of relevant Health and Safety requirements
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Good all-round IT skills and a willingness to learn

The salary range for this role is between £25K and £45K and is dependent upon experience and chartership.
