Assistant Site Manager
A family owned large private housebuilder is looking for a temporary Assistant Site Manager to join their team based in the West.
Our client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager who have experience working within the private housing sector and an eye for details ensuring that they continue to grow the company's reputation. This position will be ideal for someone with a proven track record of working for a high end volume house builders in a similar role.
As the Assistant Site Manager you would be responsible for:
Support the Site Manager in the day to day running of the site
Supervise multi trades
Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
Ensuring there is a high level of quality on site by adhering to NHBC standards
To be considered you must have a proven track record working within the Private Residential Sector in a similar role and have all relevant qualifications including an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
This role is for 4 months and PAYE only.
