Investment Surveyor, Senior Surveyor/Associate

CCO Group have been retained by an industry-leading, multidisciplinarypropertypractice to help bolster their Commercial Investment Agency team. This specific team ofexperienced professionals are widely known and respected by their competitors are looking for a surveyor up to associate level to join their Bristol based team. With their aggressive growth plans, they are looking for a likeminded professional that has lofty ambitions to climb a ladder quickly and develop themselves. This firm are heavily employee centric and known for internal satisfaction with all staff well looked after resulting in very low staff turnover.

What do the team do?

This talented team specialise in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property investments. They have a UK wide focus but predominantly focus on the Southwest up to the Midlands.The team provides investment advice on a broad range of commercial property to many of the UKs leading institutions, property companies and high net worth individuals.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Appraising and reporting to clients on investment disposal prospects
  • Source new deal flow across all sectors
  • Undertake research, analysis and presentation of data
  • End to end sales management, formulating and implementing marketing strategy, negotiating and concluding transactions
  • Assist pre-acquisition due diligence, investment appraisals and underwriting reports
  • Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Support the development and management of the department

What do you need to be selected?

Our client is ideally looking for a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor level candidate but are open to consider candidates at all levels both qualified and unqualified. Further skills and traits:

Strong, proven transactional background in Investment, Capital Markets, Development or Valuation with a commercial bias

  • Ideally MRICS but not essential
  • Ambitious and highly motivated individual
  • Driven, with an energy to help support the growth of a highly reputable division
  • Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with investors, agents and colleagues
  • A high level of arithmetic and report writing proficiency
  • Confidence in dealing with colleagues and clients
  • Positive attitude and an outgoing personality
  • A candidate to embrace the companys culture of social and sporting activities
  • Full driving licence
