Rapidly growing business

Our client is a specialist subcontractor who operate within drylining, suspended ceilings and SFS, focused on healthcare, high end hotels and flagship projects, our client is only in their 3rd year of business and already boast an annual turnover of £24M.

How is this level of growth even possible or sustainable I hear you asking.

One word: Relationships.

The Managing Director and Owner has worked in the drylining and suspended ceiling industry for over 40 years.

What and who he doesnt know isnt really worth knowing at all (in this market).

Rising like a phoenix from the ashes, they continue to grow and have based their business model on only working with main contractors they know will pay and on time. This will give Quantity Surveyors the confidence and security they need to perform in their role.

As our client has only been established for 3 years, Quantity Surveyors who are interested to apply for this role should know that this opportunity will offer long term progression for the right person.

At present, the management structure is fairly flat and as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you would report into a Commercial Director. There will be a clear path of progression into a more Senior role, eventually leading to Commercial Management should you have aspirations to reach this level in your career.

Our client has a very busy year coming up and so they are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who has experience of working within drylining and / or suspended ceiling systems from a subcontracting environment.

They are ideally looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a degree in construction management or quantity surveying however experience in drylining will trump this if you dont have a degree.

Should this role sound of interest, please apply to this advert today.
