This company is a well-respected and established Housebuilder across the UK. They have several offices across Scotland and the central belt. This role is based in their Glasgow office. They specialise on high-end housing and Flatted developments. They have a reputation for providing an excellent Working environment and staff development and training.

Your new role

This role will be working on several new developments across the west of the central belt, working directly with the senior quantity surveyor and commercial manager. This role will require you to have experience within a housebuilding market. You will be responsible for several sites across the west coast and reporting back commercial and financial information to your senior quantity surveyor and commercial manager.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need a degree in Quantity surveying as well as several years working as a QS in a relevant market. This role also requires you to be commercial savvy and detail orientated, furthermore you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role also requires you to hold a UK driving license.

What you'll get in return
