Job Description


Most of the work will be remote, with up to 10% from the London or Nottingham office(if possible).

We arelooking for a Senior Product Designerwho loves finding creative ways to solve design challenges and improve the customer experience on products.You willwork as part of a product teamon a variety offeatures thathelp people take control of theirfinances. This includes new featuresas well enhancing existing features.

You will be accountable for every feature you design - from the very first sketch through to implementation, youhavefull ownership of the experience as you drive all stages of the design process.

The feature you will work on are as diverse as the users weserve, and may include tools for protecting ones personal information, the credit report andour alerts centre.

You will work in multi-disciplinary highly collaborativeteams,applying Agile and Lean techniques.

Your day-to-day role will involve:

  • Understanding our users and turning research into ideas

  • Conceptualizing original ideas to meet user and business needs.

  • Lots of sketching (out ideas).

  • Designing workflows and detailed interactions that brings the experience to life.

  • Creating prototypes and conducting concept & usability testing to validate ideas.

  • Finding creative ways to optimise user journeys.

  • Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers.

  • Work closely with engineers as they build and release.


You should have:

  • Experience acrossend-to-end (UX and UI) product design, deliveringamazingdigital products.

  • A broad set of design skills across all aspects of the design from research, human-centreddesign, prototyping, to visualization.

  • Experience in diagramming, design, and prototyping tools such as Figma.

  • Experience working with lean principles in an Agile environment.

  • A naturally curious mindset.

  • A drive to keep up with the emerging digital trends and culture.

  • A background in consumer-focused financial servicesis useful but not essential.
