As UX/UI Designer, youll work with stakeholders across the business to create and deliver user-centred designs and experiences on our website and connected digital platforms.

Operating within an agile methodology, you will champion the value of user-centred design within the business and set the standards for every digital product we deliver and maintain.

Working in close collaboration with product owners, developers, analysts and marketeers, youll balance customer insight, business need and market understanding to deliver innovative products and features that our customers love.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective design assets such as prototypes, high-fidelity designs, personas, user flows and wireframes to support business deliverables
  • Set and maintain the design standards for all digital experiences, whether delivered internally or via external parties
  • Understand and advocate for the user, and design accessible products and services to meet their needs
  • Plan and run design workshops and present your work back to business stakeholders
  • Balance business rules and constraints with a user-centric approach
  • Conduct competitor analysis and report on areas of improvement by using analytics and design rationale
  • Validate your designs through a range of testing methods
  • Work in close collaboration with graphic designers on the Marketing team to ensure a consistent approach between digital platforms and sales/marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with other teams and specialisms, for example Optimisation & Insight, Development, Product Ownership and Content
  • Work closely with the wider digital team and business to share knowledge, learn new skills, and design transformational services
  • Champion user-centred design within the business


  • Proven track record as a UX/UI Designer
  • Experience of using tools like Adobe XD and Photoshop
  • A solid understanding of UX and UI principles, and WCAG accessibility standards
  • Regulated experience needed i.e finance / education / law
  • Experience working as part of an agile scrum team
  • Effective organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience owning, and shaping, brand guidelines, design patterns and standard
  • Experience of wireframing and user testing


  • Experience with MS Powerpoint
