About the Opportunity

At Studio were in the 2ndyear of a 4-year journey and as a part of thiswe aretransforming our entire end to end IT systems. As part of the development and expansion of our IT department, we now have a new opportunity for a Scrum Master to be responsible for the effective delivery of IT projects, continuous improvement initiatives and Agile coaching. Will lead and influence a team to deliver value and at the same time improve delivery approaches, practices, processes and tools to be increasingly agile, effective and efficient

Key accountabilities

  • Supporting delivery of system support and improvement aligned to departmental service needs and the project portfolio
  • Delivering the adoption, development and continuous improvement of Agile and value focused approaches to change delivery
  • Ensuring that all governance, standards, methodologies and approaches are adhered to throughout the delivery life cycle
  • Coaching and mentoring of members of IT&C and wider business in Agile principles, practices and approaches to ensure effective collaboration within deliveries
  • Ensuring effective commercial performance of the teams, maximising opportunities and minimising costs.

Who are we looking for?

  • Significant experience of successful delivery and deployment of Networks in a commercial environment
  • Ability to deliver in a demanding and pressurised environment
  • Experience in effectively managing a range of tasks and priorities, simultaneously
  • Good communication & Interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate in the technical arena
  • Ability to engage, challenge and influence system users
  • Ability to work in a team or on their own
  • Proven track record in leading the performance of others at supervisory level Appropriate professional qualification/experience
  • Excellent critical thinking and solution creation skills
  • Confident and resilient
