Cluster Manager - Study Programme Provision

As a Cluster Manager you will have responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the Study programme provision including management of learning coaches and other colleagues where relevant, ensuring implementation and effective operation of end-to-end learner journey processes, curriculum design and innovation, learner progression and quality of provision.

The operational areas will mainly focus on developing and delivering qualifications across our Study programme, therefore highly effective management skills and a proven record of managing people to meet key performance indicators is essential for this role.

You will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload. You will have a genuine passion for the world of education, high expectations for the quality of education, putting the key stakeholder experience and their learners at the heart of everything you do.

You will be able to build effective client relationships as well as the ability to network with wider colleagues within the LTE Group and external stakeholders.

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to have a flexible and adaptable approach.

This role allows the flexibility to work remotely as well as from one of our Northwest and Greater Manchester sites. From time to time you will also be required to attend business in various locations nationwide.

We will provide you with all the equipment you need and we have great support teams on hand to enable you to work remotely.

This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, however consideration will be given to any part time applications. Due to the nature of this post, you must be willing to travel to various locations within the Northwest, with occasional National travel to support in the growth of this sector.   • At least a level 4 qualification and/or other relevant professional qualification/experience
  • Experience of contributing to the achievement of quality marks as well as developing practical learning programmes
  • Experience of setting high standards to achieve objectives, continually monitoring levels/standards of support and identifying ways of making improvements
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant quality assurance systems particularly the common inspection framework related to further education and skills
