The Vacancy
We have a vacancy which means that you could become a member of our fantastic Private Sector Leasing (PSL) Team on a fixed term contract being part of a Team providing great services to our customers and landlords and supporting our Local Authority partners to provide homes for those that desperately need them.
The social housing landscape is ever changing and PHG have decided to wind down the PSL service to focus on our own rental homes in our core are around the Home Counties. Our officers are working hard to ensure our strategic decision has minimal impact on our customers and stakeholders. This means we are maintaining a dedicated specialist team over a 2-year period as our PSL homes gradually reduce in number.
The role requires someone with excellent Customer Service Skills, who is flexible and enjoys variety in their working day. You should be prepared to be out of the office /your home at least 50% of the week, and therefore a car is essential. Most of the homes you will manage are in Slough, North & West London.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, resilient, and have attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. You will be expected to liaise with local authority partners and other agencies to assist tenants with rehousing our customers or enabling them to remain in their homes as tenants of the owners or another agency.
