Monday to Friday full time permanent 35 hours per week flexible around core hours 10 am 3 pm

Work from home, for a very established firm of Solicitors based in the North West, near St Helens, as a Fee Earner you will have the support of your own dedicated Assistant, Conveyancing Fee Earners, Junior Fee Earner, Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, paralegals, residential property, sales and purchases, required for Conveyancing department of established modern thinking firm of Solicitors, excellent opportunities available in this very progressive practice, plus excellent bonus scheme and benefits package, with great training opportunities and progression within the firm. You will be able to work from home or based in their offices whichever you prefer.

You will be working on your own files from start to completion to undertake residential sales and purchase fee earning work, building excellent relationships with your clients and other external agencies to keep all informed in a timely manner on progression with each file. Were looking for fee earners at all levels of experience, including those less experienced wishing to progress, who has at least one years experience of working in a busy Conveyancing role. Good quality experience and excellent execution of the job is more important to us than any formal qualification, although this is also welcome.

The vacancy exists for fee earners in the Conveyancing Department, to undertake residential sales and purchase fee earning work. You will have a minimum of 1 years experience within residential conveyancing sales and purchases. Solicitor/ILEX qualifications preferred, not essential.

Candidates must be able to undertake all aspects of the Conveyancing process including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and mortgage.
Production of letters and standard documents using the Firms case management system
Action case management To Do list and ensure all files have relevant To Do in Schedule
Liaising with clients and maintaining client care, with referrers, lenders, agents and solicitors, etc.
Sort incoming correspondence ensuring urgent matters dealt with, submit contract documents to clients including completion statements, Examine deeds and documents
Set matter up for completion, deal with exchange and completion, manage the finances on each file in accordance with internal requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with residential conveyancing through to completion. Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential, knowledge of Microsoft office and case management systems. You will need to have a good level of attention to detail to ensure efficiency.
