Package: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE.

Office: Fully remote but required to go into the office once a quarter.

We are working with a growing software vendor who focus on the legal sector. They are looking to recruit a Senior Product Manager to push and drive the roadmap of the Payments Product set.

The Senior Product Manager will be a leader and look to mentor younger members of this ever-growing product team. This position will be reporting to the Head of Product.

Senior Product Manager (Payments) - Job Accountabilities:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the clients customers, market and competition.
  • Work with the Head of Product, engineering, and other business functions to deliver on outcomes and reporting your products impact to the customers.
  • Drive product development from idea to launch for the payments with design and engineering.
  • Lead experiments and testing of new ideas.
  • Roadmap Prioritisation.
  • Define and track product-specific goals and metrics, ensuring they are aligned to business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing, to drive the market positioning, ultimately drive revenue.
  • Understand the competitor products and market trends.
  • Foster an environment that is aligned with the business strategy including innovation, customer intimacy, entrepreneurial spirit and valuing people.

Senior Product Manager (Payments) - Experience Needed

  • Domain expertise in a B2C or B2B Payments/Fintech Product space.
  • Familiarity with Payments partners and payment rails.
  • Experience of mentoring less experienced product managers.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and facilitate ideas and solutions with teams across the business, instilling Product Management best practice.
  • The ability to work effectively across multiple functions, securing agreement and ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker - able to develop a new/innovative/creative approach/framework to complex problems, situations or opportunities.
  • Ability to understand and process technical detail and simplify this into customer facing messaging and illustrations.
  • Ability to quickly pick up and learn about the market trends and drivers for change and make suggestions to gain a competitive advantage
