Estimator -Commercial

Opportunity to join a commercial building team who manufacture and supply quality replacement UPVC windows and doors. This role is within their commercial contracts team as an estimator. The role will include the following:

• Provide detailed costings for both tender and quotations for PVCu windows, doors and associated products
• Negotiating with sub contractors and suppliers for the best price
• Dealing with clients, main contractors and material suppliers

You will need

• Knowledge of the PVCU windows industry or building materials background
• Previous estimating or sales support within a builders merchant experience or commercial construction contractor
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Great communication skills

This role is Monday to Friday full time and free parking is available - lots of scope for career development for the right applicant.
