What you'll do:

You'll join a team of high-performing risk analytics professionals who are responsible for the profiling and examination of swap dealers. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing data for potential risks and assisting in risk prioritization and escalation.
  • Creating reports, summaries, presentations and process documents to display results.
  • Building Tableau dashboards to monitor and present data.
  • Utilizing SQL and Python to access, pre-process and gather insights from data.
  • Modifying existing VBA, SQL and Python scripts to enhance data automation and improve accuracy.
  • Collaborating with other team members to effectively analyze and present data.
  • Developing systems for gathering and storing data for future analytics projects.
  • Assisting with the development of a data analytics program through the collection, analysis and reporting of data related to swap dealer activities.

  • Two or more years of experience in quantitative areas, model validation or risk management at a financial institution, commodity or energy firm or regulatory agency
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematical finance, mathematics, statistics)
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • SQL and/or Python experience preferred
