Graduate Scheme - Business Development Role:

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its client base and marketplaces to explore
Identify and research the key decision makers within enterprise accounts, before establishing relationships with them
Coordinate outbound lead generation campaigns
Speak to clients over the phone and in person, outlining the Digital Innovation provided
Network directly with potential and existing customers at events
Schedule appointments with prospects to explore how the company can help them
Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Sales in order to maximise opportunity

Graduate Scheme - Business Development Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Fluency in English and German to a business level 
Interest in Technology is beneficial
A consultative, customer centric approach
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
