ABOUT THE ROLE
Control bid process to ensure all deadlines are met.
Manage, assemble and prep all incoming parts of the plan/bid prior to presenting it to the client.
The point of contact for all material/delivery phone calls from clients, delivery team and QB on-site (customer service). This includes typing up and delivery scheduling for stock materials.
Responsible for filing system and organization of job files
Update pricing when needed.
Setting up jobs. Start loads, floor and i-joist layouts.
Review and lock in quotes.
Verifying plans are final.
Completing and/or coordinating selection meetings.
Reviewing any overages and shortages - how can we optimize processes for clients?
Completing forms for specialist to order
Budgetary take offs (not a full material list).
Attend daily huddles with team
Self-motivated team player
Be able to communicate effectively one-on-one and with large groups.
As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members
