A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a global private equity firm focused on an impact mindset.
The firm aims to invest in fast-growing businesses that contribute positively to society and the environment. The firm’s portfolio includes more than 70 high-growth companies, supported by professionals based in 5 offices across Europe, Latin America, India and Africa.
The role: Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful Paralegal can look forward to assisting the firm’s Legal and Structuring team. Duties will include:
- Preparing board meetings and drafting board/shareholder resolutions
- Filings, interactions and correspondence with Companies House
- Fund administration support assistance
- Conducting due diligence tasks
- AML/KYC processes and onboarding
- Assisting with Fund life cycle management and special purpose vehicle entity management
- Transaction execution process support
- Reviewing, writing and negotiating NDAs
- Coordinating signings of investment documentation
About you:- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- Ideally Paralegal experience, preferably in investment or asset management companies
- Result-oriented and pro-active
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and under pressure
