Early Child Development Caregiver

I have a 2. 5 yr old boy. He is speech delayed and having speech therapy classes now. I need a babysitter who can use the techniques to play with him, such as asking him to choose between two objects, imitating games and speak slower so he can see how you pronounce. Schedules are flexible. Weekdays and weekends both work for me.
