In this position, you will play a critical role in keeping people connected. Mann Wireless does the important work of making cell phones and emergency responder radios work (connect) in buildings. You will use your expert project coordination and administrative skills to help every project be successful. This position is the "hub" of branch activity- the glue that keeps everything together.
Maintain job-related data in our ERP database solution (Computer-ease). Run reports and analyze data. Track and follow-up on the receipt of project-related documentation. Track project completion and deadlines. Track work schedules.
Provide follow-up calls and/or e-mails when necessary to assist in project development and project closure. Support permitting activities.
Research and compile information. Review documents, reports, forms, records or other materials for content, completeness and accuracy. Support estimating, quoting and proposal processes.
Assist with equipment and material purchasing and order tracking. Provide logistics support to get equipment on-site on time.
Make company travel arrangements (air, car, lodging)
Ensure all necessary office supplies are available as needed. Responsible for routine maintenance and repair of building and grounds and phone system. Other related duties as assigned.
