The Family Information Line Counsellor will plan, organize, and coordinate the operations and delivery of the Virtual MFRC. They will assess and review client needs and identify which program or service best responds to the client request and/or need. They will provide individual, couple, family counselling to Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) families and/or refers clients to alternate professional and community resources. They will provide crisis intervention to CAF members and their families as well as program consultation to CAF members, their families and military entities.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Social Work, Sociology or a related field AND several years of experience in social services or in a related field
