James Beard finalist Chef Kevin Fink is looking for backwaters to join the Hestia team. Named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, Hestia focuses on farm to table live-fire cooking. Dishes are prepared on a 20-foot hearth that is visible from the dinning room. We are proud that in our first year we were nominated best new restaurant in the country by the Robb Report and our partner/ pastry chef, Tavel Bristol won Food & Wine Best New Chef.

We are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals with an outgoing personality, positive energy, whom work well with in a team, and are looking to grow with a group of passionate individuals.

Backwaiters are responsible for:

- Assisting with table maintenance

- Food Running

- Polishing

- Set up/Break down of the restaurant
