As a member of the Reference Data team you will be responsible for asset setup and data maintenance and will perform time-critical review and verification of production work. You will also be responsible for promoting a collaborative and positive work environment and operate as technical subject matter expert within team.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
  • You have prepared, reviewed, and approved daily asset setup and security maintenance production work and supporting documentation in a deadline driven and high-volume environment.
  • You have experience with Bloomberg, Aladdin Security Master and are proficiency in at least one other leading Enterprise Data Management platform preferred.
  • You can monitor external service providers and assess and track vendor performance against key performance indicators to ensure adherence to accuracy and timeliness standards as set forth in the service level agreements.
  • You have demonstrated working knowledge of the investment management industry as it relates to securities and investment operations.
  • You can interact and oversee relationships with a variety of internal and external parties (i.e., team members, accountants, investment professionals, traders, investment support associates, market vendors, brokers, custodian banks) to ensure that questions and issues are addressed, using the appropriate level of confidentiality when necessary.
  • You will serve as technical resource to team to resolve issues, and model appropriate communication, decision making and interaction skills.
  • You enjoy participating in projects and team / department initiatives.
  • You will identify and assess business risk (e.g., lapsing critical deadlines, internal record inaccuracy, control breaks, financial exposure), and determine internal and external impacts.
  • You will consult with and provides guidance on operational issues and technical questions to other departments.
