Measurement Technician I/II/III

We have an exciting opportunity for a Measurement Tech I/II/III in our Beallsville, OH location. This role will install and calibrate meters, maintain meter-testing schedule, and ensure all measurement test schedules are performed.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Perform gas sample analysis, dew point analysis, and H2S sampling analysis
  • Install and maintain overpressure protection equipment
  • Install and calibrate end devices such as pressure transducers, temperature transmitters, and valve positioners
  • Install and maintain H2S analyzers, moisture analyzers, gas chromatographs, oxygen sensors, serial communication devices, and connections
  • Install and maintain batteries, solar panels, thermal electric generators, and battery charge controllers
  • Maintain calibration and gas sampling equipment
  • Install and maintain PID loop control systems.
  • Install and maintain various communication buses and protocols not limited to; serial RS232, serial RS485, ethernet, wireless, cellular, satellite, Modbus protocol, etc.
  • Install, program, and maintain various types of RTUs and their associated IO, not limited to; analog input/output, discrete input/output, pulse input/output, etc.
  • May perform other duties in another classification, as directed

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of measurement or related experience
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel
  • Intermediate mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adhere to predefined work plans and meet required deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability and willingness to take callouts 24/7
  • Ability to pass a physical capabilities test (which includes, but is not limited to, lifting and carrying 70 lbs., walking 1/2 mile at various inclines, etc.) necessary to demonstrate the physical ability to perform the essential functions of this job

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in electronics or similar field
  • Basic knowledge of physical properties of gases and basic gas law, API Measurement Standards, DOT Part 192 regulations, industrial communication protocols, and gas quality and conditioning.

The anticipated salary range for the Operations Technician positions is $36.05/hr to $40.68/hr plus a total rewards package that includes:
