Clinical Interview Specialist

Here's what you'll be doing:

  1. Act as clinical resource for SimpliFi staff.
  2. Serve as a clinical liaison between facility clients and vendor partners when providing interview services providing guidance on best-fit clinicians for SimpliFi facilities and units.
  3. Review vendor applicants who have less than 2 years RN experience, recent non-acute care experience or other QA concerns such as negative reference, skill mismatch, etc. and provide feedback to SimpliFi Account Manager and/or SimpliFi's clinical team.
  4. Participate in departmental meetings to review details and share trends related to terms/cancels and make recommendations as needed on clinical guidelines.
  5. Perform clinical team interviews based on client facility preference and offer on behalf of client.
  6. Monitor workplace trends requiring updates in facility and unit requirements
  7. Support New Graduate Residency program and perform preceptor interviews and screening as required
  8. Any other requirements as specified by the CCO to assist the SimpliFi clinical team
  9. Travel to client facilities as requested or required.
  10. All other duties as assigned.

Here's what we're looking for:

Minimum 3 years nursing experience in multiple specialty areas.

Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) from a four-year college or university preferred. ADN considered.

RN License in at least one state

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $70,000 - $75,000/year. Annual bonus opportunity available. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
