IT Security Analyst - EFD

SUMMARY
The IT Security Analyst is responsible to define, configure and maintain security operations over all end user processes including desktop imaging, patching, identity access management, and other security tools as defined by the Security team. They will assist with cross functional duties as needed with both Security and Infrastructure as a liaison.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Define, configure, implement and manage an imaging solution to prepare master images for deployment on approved end user desktops and laptops.
  • Configre and implement endpoint security solutions as defined by the Security team including privilege management, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and patch management software.
  • Perform IAM (Identity Access Management) tasks including creation, modification, and termination processes.
  • Implement and manage Desktop Patching solutions in support of Microsoft OS and 3rd party patching needs. Work closely with Security and Infrastructure teams to define schedule, communicate to employees, and perform automated patching processes.
  • Manage Active Directory services and supporting security and infrastructure.
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
  • Assist the IT Infrastructure team with project implementation
  • Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future end user computer needs.
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation and procedures manuals.
  • Maintain relationships with all facilities and ensure advanced level of support is available.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates's degree in Information Security or related field of study or 4+ years of IT Security or related experience.
  • Experience using imaging solutions
  • Experience using patching management solutions
  • Experience in IAM specifically for Active Directory
  • Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
  • Ability to research new technologies, tools and processes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Accepts responsibility, holds himself/herself accountable for performance
  • High aptitude in learning new technology, systems, processes
  • Team player throughout the organization
  • IT support in a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • High level of integrity, sincerity and honesty
  • Occasional travel required
